Kyle Elliott was born and raised in the Detroit suburbs, with family roots that run deep in the city. Inspired by the work ethic of his father and grandfather, who retired from General Motors and Chrysler, Kyle developed an early appreciation for community, service, and hard work.

With more than 28 years in banking and financial services, Kyle serves as Vice President of U.S. Financial Institution Sales at Visa, leading a team that supports community banks and credit unions across the Eastern United States. He is passionate about helping local financial institutions thrive, recognizing the vital role they play in supporting families, businesses, and local economies.

Prior to Visa, Kyle spent 16 years with JPMorgan Chase and began his career at a community bank in his hometown of Plymouth-Canton, Michigan. It was there that he discovered the fulfillment of helping people and businesses achieve their goals, and developed a lasting admiration for entrepreneurs and community leaders who dedicate themselves to making a difference.

That same admiration is what draws Kyle to the mission of the Heidelberg Project and Tyree Guyton, whose vision, creativity, and commitment to community transformation embody values that have inspired Kyle throughout his life and career.
