Noni Clemens is an arts administrator and public art practitioner with 20 years of experience working at the intersection of public art, community engagement, and art education. She currently serves as Director of Public Art & Commissions at Arts New Orleans, where she leads the strategic planning and implementation of the City of New Orleans' Percent for Art program and private public art commissions.

Noni previously held leadership roles with Creative Philadelphia and Mural Arts Philadelphia, managing large-scale public art initiatives, artist residencies, and free art education programs serving thousands of young people. Her work centers on equitable cultural development, artist development, and community-driven creative placemaking. She holds an M.A. in Arts Administration from the University of New Orleans and a B.A. in Art History from Kenyon College.
